MR. ABDULLAH JUMA
Center Administrator
Mr. Juma completed his Bachelor's Degree in HealthCare from University of Colorado at Denver. Since then he has successfully handled numerous assignments within the Dubai Department of Health and Medical Services. He was chosen to be the Administrator of the Joslin Diabetes center Affiliate at Dubai Health Authority at its inception, an assignment that allows him to pursue his passion of serving his country.

MS. SUHAILA HASSAN AL BESHER
Head of the Office for the Center Administrator and Medical Director
Ms. Suhaila Hassan Al Besher holds a Bachelors in Family Science from the UAE University in Al Ain. She has also obtained a Diploma in Hotel Management and Hospitality from the Emirates Academy for Management and Hospitality. She has since served in various management capacities and now heads the administrative offices of both the Administrator and the Medical Director of the Joslin Diabetes Center Affiliate at Dubai Health Authority.

MS. NAJLA AL DOWAIS
Head of Quality Assurance and Customer Care
Ms. Najla Al Dowais is a graduate of Dubai Women's College, with a degree in Applied Media Studies. She has been working with Dubai Department of Health and Medical Services since 2006. Prior to joining the Joslin Diabetes Affiliate at Dubai Health Authority, she worked as a Coordinator in the Customer Satisfaction Assurance Section. This allowed her to address patient concerns. She is now leading our Customer Care initiative and is also overseeing the Quality Assurance aspect.

REEM SAEED SALEM SAEED AL HATMI
Head of Marketing
Ms. Reem Al Hatmi is a graduate of Dubai Women's College with a major in Applied Media Studies. She was chosen to be in H.H.Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid AL Maktoum's Leadership Development Program. She has been with the Department of Health and Medical Services now for the last two years. She is head of marketing for the Joslin Diabetes Center Affiliate at Dubai Health Authority.
